Introduction

The Mountaineering Acoustics Network (MAN) is a non-profit organization established in 2025, and it is a part of the Mountaineering Acoustics Network & Terrain? Lab Equipment (Mantle?). They organize field recording sessions “Soundex”, which are designed to promote the idea of mountaineering acoustics.
